USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service Announces Leadership Changes

WASHINGTON, D.C., Nov. 21, 2024 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) today announced changes to the agency's leadership team. These changes reflect the agency's continual effort to protect public health through science-based regulation, strong enforcement, and advancement of its prevention-first approach to eliminating foodborne illness.
