FSIS Issues Public Health Alert for Meat Sauce Products Produced Without the Benefit of Inspection

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for meat sauce products produced without the benefit of federal inspection. The producer, Thompson's Spanish Sauce Manufacturing, LLC, in Marion, Ind., does not have a federal grant of inspection.
